How Does Screen Print Pricing Work?

It all comes down to colors, how many are in your design, and quantity, how many pieces you have to spread those setup and screen costs over.

If you have a lot of colors, to keep the per shirt costs price in a reasonable range, you are going to need a lot of shirts. We typically suggest that you have 10 shirts for every color in your designs. If you are just needing a couple of shirts, or full color prints be sure to ask about our Digital Heat Transfer Solutions.

What Do I Need To Provide For Artwork?

Vector files, (.ai, .cdr, .eps) work best. Second choice is high resolution (300K+ file size) raster images. We understand not everyone has access to this kind of files but we will work with you to find a solution.

If you have an idea, it is better to provide us with a rough sketch and let us run with it than to spend hours trying to design it in an household use graphic software or sending us screen shots from online designs. This kind of art can be a good starting point but with a couple of Billion fonts and nearly infinate sources of clip art, the low resolution versions these provide can be nearly impossible to replicate.

Will You Print On Items We Bring In?

Generally, No. There are situations where this can happen but talk to us before buying apparel somewhere else.

The reason for this is that apparel printing has a lot of variables and things frequently go wrong. We have spent a lot of time and money finding a wide range of solutions and should be able to affordably provide just about anything you need.
