If you have a lot of colors, to keep the per shirt costs price in a reasonable range, you are going to need a lot of shirts. We typically suggest that you have 10 shirts for every color in your designs. Vector files, (.ai, .cdr, .eps) work best. Second choice is high resolution (300K+ file size) raster images. We understand not everyone has access to this kind of files but we will work with you to find a solution.
If you have an idea, it is better to provide us with a rough sketch and let us run with it than to spend hours trying to design it in an household use graphic software or sending us screen shots from online designs. This kind of art can be a good starting point but with a couple of Billion fonts and nearly infinate sources of clip art, the low resolution versions these provide can be nearly impossible to replicate.

The reason for this is that apparel printing has a lot of variables and things frequently go wrong. If we are working on your apparel and something goes wrong, we have no economical way of replacing the item. We have spent a lot of time and money finding a wide range of solutions and should be able to affordably provide just about anything you need.
We use the highest quality cut vinyl and can add a name to ABOUT anything. Pricing typically starts at $3 depending on the size of the name. Depending on our current workload, we will generally ask that you leave the item with us for 1 business day.
